SHIPPING
We stock every item on our website for immediate delivery. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in stock. Back orders are rare, but when they occur we will contact you immediately and rush your back ordered item to you as soon as new inventory arrives. There’s never an extra shipping charge for back ordered items.We ship fast! Orders received Monday through Friday before noon (Pacific time) normally ship the same day. All orders ship within 1 business day.
We take great pride in carefully packing your order to for safe arrival. Every item is individually shrink-wrapped for protection and best appearance. We have worked very closely with FedEx and USPS to develop proper packaging of liquids and controlled materials.
We use UPS and USPS for all shipment in the continental U.S.A. and USPS Global Priority/Express to Canada, Australia and the UK. In the continental U.S.A. we offer “Ground” and “2-3 Day Priority” service. We use UPS as our standard "GROUND" delivery service, which takes 2 (California and Arizona) to 5 (East Coast) business days for delivery. Our priority service takes an average of 2 days, with many locations receiving their package the next business day.
We have worked very hard to provide the best shipping rates in the car care industry. Our “GROUND” shipping charges to the continental U.S.A. (includes handling, packing and insurance) are based on total package weight, as follows:

USPS Global Express delivery service to our International Customers requires 3 to 5 business days for delivery (we frequently receive comments that we're faster than domestic deliveries!). Our shipping rate to our International Customers is based on USPS per pound rates with no additional fees or charges.
